After booking, a bus or shuttle will be dispatched to arrive at the predetermined time and place to take you and your party to the chosen destination and take care of any other travel plans or arrangements which were made.
For some services charged time begins when bus or shuttle is dispatched, or a minimum charge applies.

A 33 passenger Eldorado Tour Bus and 3 Ford XLT Superduty 15 passenger shuttles are available and at your service 24 hours/day.

Transportation services for activities such as weddings, parties, dances or events where alcohol is served and liability issues are involved, we can offer your guests a safe and comfortable ride home. Up to 14 passengers per shuttle per trip anywhere in and around Prince George. Rates for this service are $75/hour, 3 hour minimum charge. We can also bring your guests to the event. Split-time arrangements available for combination pick up and ride home service. We recommend 2 shuttles for parties of over 150 people. 33 passenger Eldorado available for larger groups.
Discounts
- 10% discount to registered guests of participating Prince George hotels for the Paxton Fun Run Adventure Tours.
- 10% discount to senior citizens, 65 years of age and over.
- 10% discount for UNBC and CNC student groups. Valid student cards required.
- 10% discount for Non-Profit groups.
Split-time
Split-time arrangements can be made in advance for lengthy engagements. It is offered to customers to avoid paying for wait time. This means that as soon as we leave to pickup the first person or group, the clock starts. We will pickup and take the passengers to the chosen destination at which time the clock stops. The customer will then phone us when it is time to drive their guests back to their intended destinations. The clock then starts again until everyone has been dropped off. If the total time taken has been under 3 hours, minimum charge applies, if the total time taken is over 3 hours, additional charges will apply until all guests are safely at their destination choices.
Weddings
Let us help make your Wedding transportation arrangements more enjoyable and less complicated. Travel in safety, style and comfort on your Special Day. Choose the transportation that suits your travel requirements. We have 3 clean, fully loaded 15 passenger shuttles and a 33 passenger Eldorado tour bus to choose from. Feel free to decorate them as you like or we can decorate them for you. Arrangements can be made to cater to every need of the bride, groom, and wedding party before, during and after the wedding ceremony. Concierge services available.

Go out and have some fun with friends, family, neighbours, bring along the kids, or even the boss! Take the hassle out of driving and let Paxton Shuttle pick you up at home, take you out to your favorite restaurant in Prince George, or any other establishments, and then give everyone a comfortable, safe ride home at the end of the night. Graduation and Prom Transportation
Professional, well dressed Chauffeur will pick you and your friends up in one of our clean, fully loaded shuttles and take you to the destination of your choice. The driver can wait for the group at a reduced hourly rate, or split time arrangements are available. Complimentary cold non-alcoholic beverages are supplied. Door to Door service. School/Daycare Shuttle
Paxton Shuttle provides safe and reliable transportation to parents of school age children who need rides to school or home from school or to daycare. Please call at your earliest convenience to be put on our list for the 2010-2011 school year bus route scheduling. Final schedule and route will be decided by August 21st.
* Cost is $9 per child per trip.
* Entering school or daycare to sign in or out is $1 more.
* Children under 40 lbs. (18 kg.) must use car seats.
* Car seats will be supplied if neccessary at a cost of $1 per car seat per day.
* Children over 40 lbs. (18 kg.) and under 9 yrs. old must use booster seats untill they are 4' 9" tall.
* Booster seats are supplied at no charge.
* Payments must be received in advance before the 1st of the month.
* Payments can be made with all major credit or debit cards.
* Cheques must be made out to Paxton Shuttle Service.
* Please mail or hand deliver cheques.
* Schedule changes cannot be made after the 20th of the month.
* Invoices will be sent by email on the 21st of each month.
* Infrequent rider privileges may be discontinued with 2 weeks notice.
Our Shuttles are available for field trips and extracurricular activities such as, out of town sports events, camp outs, swimming pools, bowling, Roll-a-Dome, Exploration Place, Skiing, Snowshoeing, etc... Book ahead to arrange trips.
- We can carry up to 14 passengers in each of our 3 shuttles. A 33 passenger Eldorado tour bus is also available. Book ahead.
- Discounted school rates apply for school related activities.
- We are fully licensed and insured, and have valid school bus permits.
Prince George Airport and VIA Rail

$60.00 minimum charge for up to 6 passengers, $6.00/person afterwards to/from Airport or VIA Rail within city limits. 14 passengers maximum per shuttle.
* Up to 10 passengers with luggage (rear seat removed), or 14 passengers with carry on baggage per shuttle.
* Point "A" to point "B". Stops along the way may cost extra.
* All major credit and debit cards accepted with secure point of sale terminals.
* Three 15 passenger shuttles available. Book ahead.
* Baggage handled at passengers risk only. Paxton assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of property transported on their chartered vehicles.
* This service is more economical and best suited for groups of people, or for customers who if given the choice would prefer to use a premium quality shuttle service.

Paxton Golf Tour Prices
Payment Options :
Option #1. Groups of golfers pay a flat fee of $35 per person for transportation from their homes to the golf course of their choice, including rides back to their homes, as a group. Home must be within Prince George city limits or close to the golf course of choice for this price. Payment due on or before arrival at golf course. Estimated time of departure is decided. Golfers must call Paxton at estimated departure time to establish a confirmed pick up time for rides home, as a group.
Option #2. Point to point hourly rates apply to groups of golfers for transportation from their homes to the golf course of their choice. Upon arrival at golf course, total charges from golfers homes to the golf course will then be doubled to include rides back to thier homes , as a group. One person can pay tab or payment can be split between members in the group. Payment due upon arrival at golf course. Estimated time of departure is decided. Golfers must call Paxton at estimated departure time to establish a confirmed pick up time for rides home, as a group.
Option #3. Businesses can charter our service to pick up their golfers at home and take them to the chosen golf course, then later pick up and return them back to their homes. Split time arrangements will be made for pick up times from golf course. Golfers can call Paxton when first group is ready to go home, or a time is decided for rides home. Invoice will be sent by mail or e-mail to business address afterwards.
Option #4. Hotel guests can charter our service for groups of golfers to and from the golf course of their choice. Rates are $30 per person, or calculated by total time taken to get to the golf course then doubled to include return trip. Payment can be split between members of the group. Payment due upon arrival at golf course. Estimated time of departure is decided. Golfers must call Paxton at estimated departure time to establish confirmed pick up time for ride back to hotel as a group.
